Carpet/ Ground Cover suggestions needed!!

What ground cover should i use?

79 watts in a 30 gallon = 2.5 w/gallon
fertilizers and diy co2 is being used as well.

i like your tank, i think i remember it from another thread, it is coming along very nicely.
i would suggest:
dwarf sag, microsword, blyxa j., maybe HC or a dwarf clover would work

UG would add a nice contrast to this.

Is that moss growing on the rock in the middle? If so what kind.

its actually algae... and its turning out gorgeous. it grows there and the back wall for the most part. looks really good actaully

yep. it's a bit of work to find (as I am finding out myself) but there are people who offer portions from time to time.
