Catching Ghost Shrimp

So I have about 20 ghost shrimp to switch into another tank is there a easy way to catch them all at once?

a snail trap might work on them
i had 10 and i just moved the net to them till they started "swimming" and then it was pretty easy to catch one

This is probably the best. Just poke some holes with a needle and have some good circulation around/in it to prevent them from dying.
