eek, i haven't even thought of that. i used to be more worried that the tap water conditioners might not be good for kitty tummies. but the bacteria thing is definitely going to keep me from letting my cat put his paws in the fish tanks. plus i don't want cat hair getting in the tank and having a fish eat it or breathe it in.ROLLIN said:
as it is, i have to close him in another room (time out) whenever i change water, because he caused one of my fish to freak out and jump out of the tank, just by giving it the evil eye! naughty kitties. gotta love 'em. they are very cute to see through the other side of the tank
