Cerith snail eggs, will they hatch?

From what I've seen they may hatch, but will get ate by others in the tank. I've had eggs many times but never see them after a couple of days.

mine always get either eaten or something else happens to them. whatever it is they never have hatched 
If I remember correctly, when they first hatch they are in larvae forms, which becomes great fish food.
I've had mind hatch i think about after a month from when they are laid. You will see lots of tiny floating things in the water, if the do hatch, and then in a few days, you will notice them on the glass. I had at least 80 or so of them hatch in my tank.
