I think that most of the chains keep all there fish tanks on even flow systems I know walmart, petsmart, petstuff, and superpets in the area I live in and when I was living at my parents houses were all like that. I have seen some lfs actually have that. But the one I shop has all tanks seperate on there own water, and filter actually using penguins on each tank with bio wheels.
