Ok, so the house I moved in has a electric dryer hook-up. Of course mine was gas. Anyway I got a dryer from someone at work (electric) get home and well.....the cord has 4 prongs, the plug in on the wall has 3. So I go to home depot and bought a new 3 prong cord to put on it. So now to my question. The cord I took off had a ground wire on it, the one I put on does not. There is a green ground wire on the dryer itself, and I connected it under one of the screws that hold the cord on. Is this ok, or is there suppose to be two? I just don't want to plug it in and get shocked or anything.
Anyone know?

Thank you in advance.
