ive found that in the hobby section of wal mart you can get some really nice looking fake plants for like 1 - 3 dolllars apiece

I got 15 fake plants of ebay their sizes are 3 16", 4 12", 4 8", 4 4". I got them for $11.00 and $6.00 shipping.
I'm setting up a 55 gallon and am going to need some decor. :dive2:You could get some real plants for the same price and propagate them for free. An unlimited supply.
ive not had good luck with real plants but these i can get any style or color i want and re use them and my fish seem to love em just make sure if they have metal in them you hot glue all over it so it dont leak into the water
