Cheap power compact bulbs for plants

I was looking for replacement bulbs for my nanocube and came across this.

They have the same horizontal 4-pin 2g11 base as the standard JBJ nanocube (and Current, I believe) for way cheaper than any aquarium supplier. However, the color temps only go up to 6500K, so no go for you marine people.

Anyways I was able to get 2 36watt 6500K PC bulbs for something like $15 shipped. We'll see how they work out when I plant the nano cube next week.

Ah those are the straight pins. Current is square pin. I got my hopes up.....

You could always change out the bulb mount end caps in your fixture to straight pins.

Marine depot sells them, though the could probably be had for cheaper elsewhere.
