Cheap T5 Lighting?

But if it is, it's a HECK of alot cheaper then pet stores sell it.. And it just reinforces my opinion that lighting manufactures are ripping us off.

hmmm.... i think it is too good to be true, and i think this proves it:

No UV output


with no UV output, photosynthesis wouldnt occur. even with the tempered glass used over HQI MH ulbs, some UV gets though, enough for your corals to obtain light. This is why LED lighting, which jsut came out and is super expensive, has to have bulbs that will put out UV light.

But wouldn't that be just the bulb? I mean, you get this fixture, and then get a UV bulb..
