Cheapest 21" Compact flourescent online?

Hey I've only found 21" Compact Flourescent bulbs in my area or around $40.
I know this is a rip-off! I haven't found these at Home-Depot either.
I live in Chicago.

Anybody know a place online that I could find these for really cheap.
These bulbs shouldn't really cost more than $15 should they?

I need a 21" 6700K 55W Compact flourescent.

i just got a 55w pc bulb at home depot. i called all around and no other store had any. i was told if i brought the box in they could order more. i can take pics of the box with the upc and everything for you if you want.
