That's a neat video but it's all edited with some type of software. Veiled Chameleons can't really change those colors. And contrary to popular belief chameleons mainly change color for communication among other chams, not to blend into their surroundings. It's how they express their mood for the most part.
some chameleon species do change colors to blend into surroundings.. but they use neutral colors like brown and green, black, etc. not the cool colors..
