Work in Soho. Got original tank from Portland St and off pony tail man and agree he's great - and also agree others leave something to be desired. One of them tried to argue with me when I told him my tank was too small for clown loaches!!!
The only other one I know is Lynwood Aquatics on A3 - or bizarrely there's a petshop in Tooting Broadway market where one of the guys working there is a fish maniac (almost as bad as me) and will order in anything you want. I think it helps when I bat my eyelids at him however!
Must be the pipes. I'm in a new housing estate so probably there's something funny going on there..
