Cherry Red Shrimp.

baby shrimp are small, you will most likely loose a good deal of them to hungry fish. With constant predators, stress levels rise, and the chance of breeding declines.

I found even my beautiful Kuhli loaches occasionally snacked on a baby shrimp, when I moved all fish out of the tank, except for corys, the pop. grew rapidly

I'd be careful, mollies can get pretty big and might be able to snack on a juvie shrimp. I've also heard of endlers eating the eggs right off of the females... not sure if guppies would too though.

Generally, lots of fine plants and hiding spots and you'll probably have a couple shrimplets survive each time.
