From the pictures I can't see anything strange, the tank looks beautiful and perfect for shrimp. Though I can't see any females in your picture. And what is that fish lurking in the background? Is your tank located around anything that could bother them like a bass speaker or someplace like that? Your mosses look stunning!
The guppy is in a guppy tank now because it grew. I only had it in their until it got a little bigger so it can't get eaten by larger guppies. That picture is about a few months old before I noticed the eggs on the shrimp. I also had moved that guppy before the pregnant shrimp. That tank also looks exactly the same way it did except with a lot more java moss lol.
I was staring at my shrimp tank yesterday and I saw babies! Their is also two more pregnant females aswell! That was a huge accomplishment for me. I think feeding them everyday is what helped. Thank you all for your advice.
