Dark has the most "real" cocoa in it.

Here's a useful link, and I'm tempted to try the more pure form of it. I think it's (cacao) available at better health food stores.

It's a short article!! Take a minute ...

I don't bother eating very cheap chocolate. Those "chocolate" easter bunnies... please. Chocolate-flavored-wax bunnies, more like.

godivas are good.

My hubby and I are both dark chocolate people....

We do love those Dove dark chocolates and keep them around regularly for when we need a nibble, but our FAVORITE chocolate comes from Joseph Schmidt Confections. I believe they're in San Fran. When we're in need of a SERIOUS chocolate fix, we order up a box of his truffles.

They don't last long...

:D

What a yummy thread to see again, lol.
I never cared for dark chocolate until I had Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory dark chocolate...:thud:..it's to die for!!

Proud Brazilian(brasileiro) over here.

Check out that map up there, see the yellow section on South America? Almost the whole country produces cacao, which is used to make chocolate.

I like Brazilian chocolate, taste different than others.
Garato is really good. These guys have come up with so many different flavors and mixtures of chocolate that it is even hard to think about them without wanting to have a bite right away.
Check out their site. http://www.garoto.com.br/site/site_bra/index.php

Also dark chocolate for me. I especially like chocolate the ones will melt instantly once it comes in contact with my tongue, I can't chew, no teeth. :duh: :D
