chocolate cichlids

hi would like to know what are good tank mates for a chocolate cichlid-He will be going into a 90 gallon tank-presently he lives with a younger cichlid which is one of his off spring -two silver dollars two rainbows.My son is giving all the fish to me -he is moving and will not to able to set up his tank for awhile-The chocolate is about 10 " long about 4 years old.

Hi hopefully I can help, I have a 4 inch chocolate with a 4 inch pleco, a texas, and green, they get along just fine althogh I'll be moving the texas into the bigger tank soon.

i would say anything with a similar temperment , and too ig to fit in his mouth. chocolates are normally pretty aggressive, so sumthing that is similarly aggressive would do.
