Yes, I'm hoping to get a pair from the 6 I buy. How many would you recomend I buy to get 2 pairs?
Just got a pair of rams, so we can scratch that off the list.
6) Amphilophus Festae 1.5" (festae cichlid)
2) Amphilophus Calobrensis 1.5" (calbrensis cichlid)
1) Crenicichla "Cobra" 4" (cobra pike)
That's the list now.

Are the rams gunna be in the same tank? If so I would worry about them. They dont handle aggression from larger species well.
Nope. I didn't specify that. They are in a 10g tank with a 2.5" G. Brasiliensis.

The festae and A. Calobrensis will have a 75g tank to themselves as a grow out, and the Cobra pike will be in my 29g until he is large enough to be in my OTHER 75g tank with an 8" oscar, 7" jag and 14" channel cat.
