also any pic of other ideas, or link to other products would be great, i put blue rock in my 55 and cant wait to change it out when i redo the tank and put the cichlids in the 125 thanks for the help

I am not sure about the substrates, but for my cichild tank I used Eco-Complete, if that does any help in being another choice.

i dont have that kind but it looks a little like the stuff i have just darker.
