It's Ludwigis Repens (Red Ludwigia). I got it from my buddy and his looks way better than mine does.

And I got that in a text today, thought I'd share a laugh with ya

I've never seen it have that specific green-pale-red transition yours has, so I wasn't sure if it was a different variety...very interesting.
