clamped fin?

hey guys, i have a 3" discus in my tank and ive recently noticed he has not been using his left fin. it looks like it is "stuck" to his body. it seems like it is hard for him to move around, he mainly just hides behind my plants now. any ideas as to why this happened or how to help him? any help would be appreciated

How long ya had him? Any other sighns of trouble? Is he with other Discus?

ive had him about 2 weeks now. he had ich, the last spot was gone about 3 days ago, im still treating with ridich
