Clamped fins on Angels Help

We have a 125 gal. with 19 Angels ranging from quater size to half dollar.
Water temp is 82-84 degrees, paramiters are 0, 0, 0 ppm. we do 25-40% biweekly W/C's. wE Have quaratined all fish for 30 days and any plants ,snails for the same period of time. We just treated tank for True Fungus with Maroxy for the past 48 hours and have performed a 25% w/c. Very little sign of fungus left,8 out of 19 fish are showings signs of clamped fins and are hanging out at the top of the tank, they are eating small amounts of flake. We feed all our fish Growth Flakes and freeze dried foods presently.My Question is can we add Jungle parasite clear to the tank in a day or so provided this is not a sign of stress? We have also turned off lights to reduce stress and raised temp to 86 degrees.
We lost our whole operation of 45 tanks ten years ago to similar disease and gave it a break,now we are on the brink of packing it in again if we can not fix this problem. We are very good at keeping up with the the maintenance and enjoy the hobby as a whole but when somethinglike this strikes twice it makes me think is it really worth it?

The fate of all our fish is on the line!!

possibly flagellated protozoa??

hard to tell.. unless you have a microscope and some of their feces. some will thrive in the digestive tract of the angels

Capillaria is another possible issue. angels in recent years have been infected with this lovely little worm.. while the angels seem to have built a resistance to these they will on occasion secumb to the Sx.

levamisole Hcl has been used in treatment of this problematic pest.

Flubendazole (did I spell that right) has also been found to be effective.
 
Please keep in mind that I have very limited experience with this condition but if they were my fish I would perform bi-daily 25% WC's and add an airstone with air pump which generates mild surface turbulence.

I believe that something has been, or may still be, really stressing out these fish.

Usual bump temps add salt and air to the tank.
Angels respond like discus to salt and heat.
this being newer fish and young?

I would still suspect possible infestation.

doing a large water change and treating for parasites is a norm for me with angels. all my angels are treated for internal parasites during QT.

I use metro, prazi and Levamisole. this med mix seems to get most of the parasites.

again if you can find flubendazole you should give this a try,

I've always just added it to a solution then added to the tank.
levamisole HCl 5gr of powder to 8 oz water 6 oz treats 75 gal.

jungle parasite food has the mix you are looking at (prazi,metro,levamisol)
I use that if the fish are still feeding.

The article "When they're no longer Angel" was very interesting to say the least.
Flubendazole, sounds great but the down side to this compound is that it may esclate any fungal or bacteria infections. However I ordered a kilo of this stuff so if anyone needs some I will have plenty.

I'd be willing to take some of that off your hands
I raise a bunch of angels and go through meds .

there are downsides to all the meds..

but it's sometimes better than the alternative.
