Cleaner Crew........

In my 37 I have the following:
5 mexican turbos
8 margarita snails
10 dwarf red hermits
6 nassarius snails
My crew does an excellent job in my tank, which is about 2 months old now. THey keep the glass and sand well cleaned. I especially like the nassarius snails as the burrow through the sand(very beneficial), and POP out when you feed. I had 10 margaritas, but lost two when my dwarf hermits evicted them...
As far as the cleaner shrimp, I'm trying to decide myself whether to get a skunk cleaner, or maybe a few peppermint shrimp. Either would be beneficial...

My LFS had two sizes of the nassarius, $0.99 or 1.99 size, I went with the bigger snails for 1.99. If you have a nice established sand bed, then I'd get about the same as me, or at least like 3 or 4. Are you getting hermits? I would definitely get like 6 or so dwarf red legs or maybe a few scarlet hermits if you can find 'em(my LFS never has 'em). I wouldn't worry about them killing any snails, since the nassarius will be hidden, and the turbos are too big a shell for them...
