Cleaner wrasse question

Not sure which species is on the decline (and for all I know, that is old info and they've rebounded). But I have seen the species you are referring to at my LFS. They're pretty conscientious so I would imagine the blue streak wrasse is OK.
WHat do you think of Subrosa's idea of a CB shrimp? Or would it just become eel food?
 
It would probably become food.. but then again, I don't think a cleaner wrasse + eel combo is a good idea either. Eels don't have scales I believe... so a cleaner wrasse picking on them would probably do much more harm to an eel than good and open up chances for infections on the eel. My previous post was just trying to clear up some misinformation on cleaner wrasses, but wasn't meant to be an opinion on the OPs situation.
