Empty it. Set it out in the sun for a day or two. Then fill it and wash it off with a soft rag or sponge. Dump repeat. Dump repeat. Try not to scratch it at all. Be careful if there is salt deposits. Use a hose and try and wash them out. Let the whole thing dry completely. Wash it out again. Something like that anyway.
