how do clear the water after using marine buffer? its now 2 hours later and its improved slightly, thanx

I'd say you might want to use less buffer. Usually the water clears within a few seconds, unless you're causing serious calcium precipitation by adding too much. How's your alkalinity? If it's not low, I wouldn't add buffer at all.
