Clown Fish Sleeps on Back

My Clown Fish sleeps on his back!
Has anyone else every seen that?

lol, loaches sure are odd creatures. my weather loaches used to lay on their backs as well, which looks liek they were playing dead.

Yes! When I first noticed it I thought he was ill, but it's been going on for weeks now and he's just fine when the food comes. Glad to know it's "normal" <hee hee>.

Silly things aren't they? One of my clown loaches likes to nap laying on its side, while one of the others routinely goes fully inverted like yours. My favorite behavior is the sardine/pigpile.

Botia loaches are known for this behavior.

I had 4 clown loaches and they would all get inside this floating log and lay next to each other on their sides, was pretty cute to see, esp when the bigger of the bunch on one end would wiggle his tail around as if to say "move over I need more room"
