Heyya folks. I bought a clown last Thursday that I though was a cinnamon or red and black, Amphiprion melanopus. I didn't see a name on the tank though and now I look and see the Amphiprion frenatus, which looks extremely similar. He doesn't have the black body though of the Amphiprion nigripes. Any way to better I.D. him without counting anal rays or something along those lines? If this helps, I paid $14 for him. Thanks alot folks.

Deep orange to red all the way through with a solid white strip over the head and operculum. Thanks for the reply.

Sounds like a Tomato clown to me. The juvies have 2 stripes, fore and aft, and are darker red. It fades to the brilliant orange as they get older.
