clown loach noses?

It is the columnaris ;-( I got home last night and my two healthy ones that are still in the tank both have white noses now too. One of them evenh as a white spot on his back by his dorsal.

I need some serious help here. I'm at a complete loss of what to do! After all that work, it's now back in my tank. And one of them, I haven't even been able to catch yet!! I keep doing inspections of everyone else and it seems to be just the clowns, except I can't see the khulis. I'll never know if they have it cause I NEVER see them. IF they do, they'll end up dying in there and being eaten and I'll never even know!

I'm feeling completely hopeless at this point.
 
I'm so sorry angyles. I've considered using Kanaplex possibly followed by nitrofurazone (in Jungle Tank Buddies Fungus) in a columnaris tank with loaches. I forget what you tried before. I've also read Maracin 1 & 2 together can work but perhaps less well.
 
first thing I tried was maracyn 1 and 2. The last thing I just finished was, you guessed it, Kanaplex and Nitrofurazone together. I think I might try the Serpa B. and Serpa B. direct in combo.

Thank you for getting back to me, Lup. Do you know how long I can safely maintain a treatment of nitro? It says 10 days, but that obviously didn't do it the first time.
 
You know to be honest, I have a hard time believing your clown loaches contracted columnaris considering your attempts of treatment is going futile. This is rare with clowns. Bacterial infections are not prominent among loaches but it is understandable since they originate from soft acidic water where bacterial infections are scarce. Any clearer pics to be able to diagnose better?
