Clown loaches going - replace with what?

Your clowns won't outgrow your tank....i'm pretty sure. They do get rather enormous in nature or if you have a huge tank, with a current and everything, but in a tank your size they will probably grow to a rather small 4 inches or so.......6 would be the biggest they would possibly get.. besides don't you find them entertaining? i love my loaches. i have a clown, a yo-yo, 2 kuhli's and a weather loach. Clowns will be the largest....
cory's are nice too, i have 2 but everyone has them

Excuse me, but this is not the place to be spreading false information like that. The myth that fish grow to the size of their tank is just that, a myth. If you keep a fish in such a 39 gallon tank when it needs a 100 gallon tank to grow to it's adult size, the fish will grow stunted. This is when the insides of the fish keep growing while the outsides stay the same. This will cause the fish's internal organs to be squished up inside of it and it will die far earlier than it should.

Please do not go around spreading myths like this on AC. I have seen far too many other fish forums where the poor advice you have given runs rampant and I don't want this site to turn into that. Sorry, if I seem a bit harsh, but this kind of thing just irritates me.
