:D If you are referring to mine, the answer is "grow them", LOL! They were about 1.5" when I got them, but again, that was almost 6 years ago... :p:

i've heard that clowns are excape artists too so u might want to watch out for that. I havn't had any problems with them though

Hmmm, I've never heard that. I have 2 in a 20 gal high and they don't hang out at the top too much at all.

Happy holidays and new year to all!

My 3 clown loaches love hiding. I made a sea rock cave for them (yes, I washed the rocks!) and they love it. When I first got them (pre cave), they shot into a corner and hid there in weird positions. Post cave, it's their turf and they only come out every so often. They hide at the mouth of the cave until one ventures out and they others usually follow. If they're really hungry, they'll come out at all hours!

I took a few PVC 45's and they love that, one spents most of it's time in it.

i got a big rock with a curved bottom..so its kinda like a arch. And i push all the gravel udner it so its a thin layer...fits about 4 clowns in there...The only time they are in there is when they sleep or resting, and at times my catfish just rest in there. Its so funny watching the loaches sleep in there on their sides all cramed up.
