Clutch hatching :)

The blue snails are GORGEOUS! I've never seen that shade in briggs. Do you have an idea what the color(s) of the hatching babies might be?

you all are crazy if you think it makes money, lol. Between the shipping supplies, heat packs, food, energy bill, not to mention my time (not factored in) I am lucky to make a dollar a snail. And it takes LOTS of time and work to keep them healthy and happy. Its fun and I like sharing and it keeps my hobby going, lol.
I'm glad you like to share. If you had not sent me 3 very horney male snails, I probably wouldn't get to witness the birth of baby snails myself. Thank you Rachel!:)

beautiful blue you have there, and what's that plant poking up above the waterline?

Oh, they're gorgeous! Is that my... I mean, um... one of the blues you're going to make available soon? ;-)
Caught in the act.:evil_lol: Blues are very pretty. I have a few here and they look like a blue version of pearls. Ivories are really like pearls.

The plant poking above the water line is sagittaria subulata, it blooms these little white delicate flowers.

The babies from this clutch will most likely be purple striped, magenta striped, blues and ivories. That is what I got from the last clutch in that tank :)

When they hatch and fall can they get hurt from the fall?

I don't think so. They are so teeny. They eat their way out, then parasnail to the bottom. Even when I manually hatch the clutches, they seem to do fine.
