I'm entering the planted / CO2 injection realm, and have been researching a little bit on that.
I've read about turning off the CO2 and enhancing aireation during the night to avoid a lack of oxigen for the fish. However, I chose for my planted tank mostly gouramies and corys. All of them gasp air at surface, even when the O2 levels are good. My question is if should I worry for oxigen depletion caused by CO2 for atmosphere breating fish?
