For fertilizers, I've been looking on-line for the fertilizer n p & k that was mentioned before and I'm having a difficult time finding them. Can I use just an general fertilizer or is there one is there someplace to get those exact fertilzers?

Just to clarify - I was speaking of his particular setup with only 2x54W.
All the rest I agree upon. The cost of CO2 for larger tanks is in my opinion excessive for just faster plant growth. Without it they'll get there eventually, just take a much longer time of it. Then again I'm on the very patient end of the scale when it comes to my tanks. I think months and years with my tanks.
