CO2 in a brackish tank?

I'll go with both lights on and a good dose of excell for now, if I have algae troubles I'll take out one of the bulbs. I was a little concerned though that Crinum calamistratum might want the higher lights and I thought the jungle val prefers the higher end also.

Figuring out the fertilizer dosage is going to be the tough part. Since I probably wont have co2 injection I assume I need to go really light on the ferts. I'll probably start another thread on that but if anyone is still following this thread than feel free to post here. I have some dry ferts from GW, the CSM+B, KH2PO4, and KNO3, plus epsom salt. I was going try about 1/4 the dosage of the EI since I dont have co2 and I would only consider the tank to be light/moderately planted at this point. Any suggestions appreciated.
