Can anyone direct me to a website where I can buy an attachment that will allow me to attach a CO2 tube to a soda bottle cap. I've seen them before, but can't find one anywhere. Also if anyone know where I can buy one in NYC, please let me know. Thanks!

The item you want is a plastic piece that is used on model airplanes that allows the fuel line to go through the bulk head from the tank to the engine. I got mine on line. They work great, but I can't for the life of me remember the site. I will do a search and edit this post. Standby.......

Go to www.towerhobbies.com
Schroll down to fuel and accessories, then fuel fittings, then
Fourmost Bulkhead fittings. You want the small ones.
The shipping will cost much more than the parts, but they work great.

I made my co2 cap with just alot of silicone, it works fine, i just made sure i smothered it in silicone

Silicone works fine until you've change bottles a few times. After unscrewing the top a few times the silicone starts to loosen up and leak......atleast that's what happen repeatedly in my experience.

I find that Liquid Nails, a clear caulk/glue from the hardware store works better than silicone. It will even seal leaks in a running DIY bottle tubing connection.

I just ordered two from tower hobbies. Thanks djlen, that's what I was looking for. The shipping wasn't that bad either, only 4 bucks. Thanks everyone!
