i just made up the co2 recipe and nothings happening just now but i was wondering about my airpump and filter that runs thru my hood by powerhead...can i still use these while putting in the co2?

The reaction takes about 30 to 60 minutes for any bubbles to start flowing.
If nothing happens, there is most likely an air leak somewhere in the tube connections. The best way I find my leak is to sniff the connections, and if it smells a bit like beer - bingo!
I don't like beer, so I can smell it a mile away. Might not work for beer lovers.
