i get mine at air gas but my local one just swaps which is fine for me. i also swap my o2 bottles there as well.

Swapping tanks will get you more gas, as the industrial companies fill under higher pressure than fire extinguisher places.
Also, a 20# cylinder generally contains more gas than two refilled 10# tanks.
