I am having an issue using seperating bottles with my DIY CO2. Both regular yeast and jello recipes are going strong.
The CO2 transfers to the seperator bottle but for whatever reason I am getting such inconsistant results going from the seperator to the tank. At the end of the hose into the tank I have a regular air stone. One batch will go ok and then the next one just never makes it to the tank.
The bottles I am using are regular 20oz diet coke bottles.
All the caps from the 2l and 20oz have the holes drilled the same size.
Think I'm a little baffled. Anyone else have or had issues using seperators?
While I'm thinking about it...is there any particular length of tubing that I should be running from each bottle?
