CO2 Tank Empty after ~ 2 Weeks - Leak I assume?

you can also use teflon tap on the threaded end on the tank to ensure a tight seal. i wish i did that when i hooked mine up but i was too excited to get the whole thing together. .

Do NOT use teflon tape where the tank and regulator meet. The washer that is provided or a permaseal and a good tightening is all you need.

hmmm....would the place that I get my CO2 from have these things (they're an air gas company) because only 1 came with the regulator.

The place I got my tank from is a welding supply co. and had washers for about a quarter each. I believe they're fiberglass(?) washers. They're not rubber-type ones.

Alright, so I found the issue.

So, the seller of this regulator provided the pieces that I needed to attach the solenoid to the regulator but it seems that he did not put them together properly (they are compression adapters, but it seems like he did not put them together properly so the ferrules didn't seal).

Anyone know where I can get these pieces so that I can put this thing together properly? Or maybe know a better way to put this together.

This is what the setup is:
the regulator has a 3/8" output. I have a fitting for the solenoid (it's a Milwaukee solenoid with a 3/8" input) that has 7/32" input (or close to that, it could be 1/4" - I can't remember where I got them) and a 3/8" output (it seems odd that I can't just screw the solenoid into the output of the regulator, but I tried and it won't get on. the threads on the regulator output don't seem to go to the end of the output and they are much more spaced apart than the threads on adapter I have for the solenoid).

So I basically need some way to attach the solenoid to the regulator. Any suggestions?

thanks :)
