I dont want to cross the border with it.If you come up from IA I-80 to I-35 I'd meet you at the MN IA border saves you like 120-140 miles but its farther than the wisconsin way and that direction I'm only 40 miles from I-94 entering wisconsin.
BTW in wisconsin you have to pay fines on the spot if you from out state so the IA might be the way to go
