that is terrible... i'd probably feel the same way if I lost my little parakeet. I think i've almost lost her 5 times now and i've only had her for a year, shes such a daredevil. she may be tough and surly, but I know she loves me too.strange hom attached you get to these 5" tall chattering mini-parrots.

That made me smile right there. There's just something unique about them. Thry are comical, intelligent, and way too smart. That's why the lost hits so hard, coupled with the fact he was a baby and should have had a full life.
