coldwater fish in a ten gallon?

Are there any coldwater fish that would live a happy long life in a ten gallon?
 
cool! would white cloud mountain minnows also be happy in a 2.5 gallon or no

Woah I just read that there are illegal in some states becasue they are hardy enough to be an invasive species
I know koi are illegal here so there is probably a good chance of these being illegal
I live in maine, anyone know if they are legal?
 
have you seen white clouds in a petstore? they are the most common fish and if you dont see them for sale then theres a pretty good chance they are illegal were you are
when you say cold water what temp are we talking here?
 
white cloud mountian minnows and hillstream loaches. there are also pygmy sunfish, but those are nigh impossible to find.

keep in mind if you get hillstream loaches that they need very good water flow.
