This is very much a preference-based question but I'm interested in the opinions out there. Over the years I've had candycane tetras and Colombian tetras. I like both very much, but recently I haven't found them in my LFS or my local Petco, which has an excellent aquatics staff. I'm thinking of mail-ordering a school of one of one of these. Just curious, which do y'all prefer? Should I go with Colombian Tetras or Candycane Tetras?

Columbian tetras are larger, so that's a factor here, depending on your tank size.
If it's a large enough tank, why not a shoal of each?
