Colorado Pikeminnow

I have 3 Pike Minnows in my pond. I obtained them from a golf course pond, they would of been subject to predation, I believe they are a threatened species? Im not sure. Anyways I was looking for some Material on this fish. Right now Im feeding him a variety of minnows and livebearers an some cut up largemouth bass and Tilapia.

They are in fact endangered species--which mean possession can be a problem. Contact the AZ branch of the BLM and ask them for advice. They may tell you to contact the Game and Fish/DNR instead.

There have been documented cases of pike minnows' stomachs found with cats in them. Any cyprinid that can eat a cat is alright in my book.
