What about a fantail with no tankmates?

I wouldn't put a fantail in anything less then a 30 gallon, they just get so round and big.

Could i get any goldfish in there? Maybe a black moor?

no black mores are fancy they get huge. a 55gallon can house 2 full grown fancies. 75 3-4 if ugot the time to change water
