I've been over at MFK for close to a year now, and I've checked this place out a few times. Now I've decided to get back into some smaller fish again and joined up here too.

I've been keeping fish for over 10 years. My current stock is divided between two tanks:
A 75 (hopefully upgrading to a 150 by fall) with an albino oscar, green severum, ornate bichir, flagtailed prochilodus, Syno. nigrita cat, and 3 clown loaches
and a 20 (upgrading to a 29 in the next month or so) with a <3" baby South American lungfish and 5 glowlight tetras

Welcome Andy. You sound familiar. ;)

Welcome to AC!

Thanks guys

Right now the plan for the 29 is to do a nice Amazon biotope tank with tetras, hatchets, cories, etc. for lung to grow up in. I'm going to plant it, but with mostly floating plants, and I'll leave a space at the top for some like water hyacinths to grow-and I also think it will be cool to be able to look down on the hatchets and others from above. This will be a nice growout for the lung (for a little while) as well as a chance to keep some of the smaller fish I haven't had for several years.

I'm also in the process of buying a 150 off of a guy for my bigger fish to move up into so the lung will have a 75 to move up to after the 29. The only dilema is that it comes stocked with Tanganyikans which I could sell, but I actually kind of want to keep, so might have to do some shuffling to have the 150 with my "monsters," 75 as a second growout for the lung, and then maybe a few smaller tanks of Tanganyikans. I'm excitied about possibly getting the 150, but the only place I currently have to fit it is where my 75, 20 with the lung, and bearded dragon all are, so that will be an interesting move...
