I love it. But then, green is my favorite color, and I think you can never have too much green, lol. I'd get some smaller pieces of driftwood to tie your mosses to. That way you still have that large piece in the center as your focal point. I do agree that some red plants would make a nice contrast. I bet they would really pop.
Stay all green! It keeps the aquascape much more uniform. You already have the contrast of the driftwood and your swordtails. Let the fish be the splash of color you need in your tank and leave the aquascape as is. You've got something good going on already. And I'd say get an even lower foreground plant (looks like you're equiped to do so with 3.3wpg). Try your hand at some Baby Dwarf Tears, or even some simple Utricularia graminifolia...

Many thanks everyone for your opinions and directions. I think I have some more works to be done following your comments. I wish to have some Neon Tetra and more Swordtails - Would it be OK to have these two species together? I also worry of the CAE with Neon Tetra.
The actual look of some parts of the tank seems uncompleted and not right to me after I read what everyone said. Actually I get a red plant but it does not go in my tank so I hide it somewhere under the hygro - difformis.
Here is the empty look of it (with that red plant) approx less than a month before I changed the layout to what everyone told me in my previous thread.
