Considering some new fish

My 45 gallon hex tank is really bear right now, here's what I have:
1 angel fish
1 pearl gourami
7 rasboras
1 loan green tetra
3 ottos

Fish I am think about:
Bleeding heart tetras: 5
blue rams: 2
some ghost shrimp
I'm also thinking about a school of corydoras, but I don't know how many.

Opinions? Sugguestions? Input?

Get more green tetras. I'd get ~6 more. If you get cories, get a group of 3 or more cories. You could add a bunch of ghost shrimp, or a few bamboo shrimp.

I dont' really want to fill out the green tetras, he was an adoption, and with my angel fish, I don't really have much faith with him in the tank.

A pair of rams goes okay with the fish you mentioned, and the tetras will go okay. You probably have toom to actually go bigger on the school, and the bigger the better with schooling fish.

My cories are in a group of 8... but I really haven't noticed any difference in behavior between when I had 3-4 and now. I guess get enough so that you like the amount of activity on the bottom of the tank.

Well that is interesting to hear. I guess i'll get the rams before the cories so I can decide how many more creatures I want at the bottom of the tank.

I think I'm going to go with emperor tetras instead, and I think I might add some more green tetras as well. Not sure how many of each, though.

you might want to go with Penguin Tetras instead...they look really cool and not too common.
