My convicts eye started swelling up a couple weeks ago. I figured it was popeye and so i changed alot of the water and added some stuff to clean the water and now a week later its twice as swollen and its turning red. What is wrong with my convict? Does he have a tumor?

Sorry about a delay on answereing your message somwtimes it is like that, Hurricanes tend to have that effect on me.
It does sound like pop-eye, to be sure can you post a pic. the other question i wanted to aks is what kind of filteration is in the tank.
