Polluting the gene pool with hybrid fish is something that should be prohibited and frowned upon, but not everyone thinks that way obviously.
convict x jellybean cross fry...what do i do whith them all??

Just humanely destroy the hybrid fry, although if you can feed them to other fish that is an even easier solution.
No oscars, but all of my cichlids are very aggressive. The daddy is the dominant bully of the tank....I named him hitler as he is mean and rules everyones every move. Not really anyone to feed them to as he guards them with all hes got. Usually they eat them but something different going on this time. They sometimes have two batches in one month.
Thanks all for all of your info. May move momma to the ten gal with my other female jelly bean and take the small male out of ten gal to the 55 gal and hope he can defend himself. The only female jelly bean I have is so tiny. All the jellybeans are from the same batch. The males are all about 3-4" and the female only 1.5" or so. Female convict is 3.5". HUMMM we will have to figure something out. If I put one more tank in the house my husband won't necessarily be impressed! Already have three tanks, 6 dogs, two cats, and four rats...
